General terms
All items are shipped according to the purchasers’ request.

Purchaser must be available to accept and sign for a shipment. Shipments must be fully inspected upon receiving and before signing for the package. Compensation for damage found after the package has been signed for may not be recoverable.

Items shipped will not have signature confirmations assigned to the package when authority to leave has been given . Please be sure to have the item shipped to an address where it can be dropped off in a secure location. DorvalSUP, or the shipping companies we use, are not responsible for items stolen after they have been delivered.

Where Dorvalsup has not been given by a customer and on delivery, no-one is available to accept and sign for the shipment, DorvalSUP will instruct the shipping company to transport the package back to their closest depot for customer pick-up at customer’s own cost.

Prices
The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time when the order is placed and will be set out in the order receipt and order confirmation.
Prices for the products are not included the taxes charges for shipping and handling.
The total cost for your purchase, not including shipping, will be shown before you select your payment method.

Order receiving
Your order will be processed 24 hours. If the product is out of stock we will contact you or show on the items.

Shipping
Usually your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours. Cost for freight is not included in your purchase.

Full payment verification is required before products are shipped.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, contact DorvalSUP using the email or phone above. If the order has already shipped, you will need to open a return request and will be subject to the terms under 14-Day Money Back Guarantee.

12-Month Warranty

We offer a 12-Month Warranty on our boards and accessories. We undertake quality checks in our factories and in our warehouse to guarantee each item’s quality and condition before collection from supplier and before shipping to you.
Please refer to and follow our Care & Maintenance instructions. Failure to do so will void your warranty.

The 12-Month Warranty begins effective the day you purchase the product as identified on your invoice. If within the 12-month period the product becomes defective, you will need to contact DorvaSUP immediately. You will be asked for a copy of a sales invoice and photos of the defective product in question. Claims for damages during our shipment to you must be made within 2 weeks from purchase date; we will then also need original packaging material.

If it is deemed a manufacturing or material flaw, we will provide repair, issue a full replacement product if product cannot be repaired (model depends on availability), or issue store credit. The 12-Month Warranty does not apply to damages or failure due to fair wear and tear; damage resulting from impact, misuse, neglect, excessive external abrasion, alteration, loss or unauthorized repairs.

7-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be totally satisfied about the products you purchase from DorvaSUP. If at any time within 7 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund, return shipping and original shipping costs are refundable. No questions asked. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our 7-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Delivery

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Refunds by Mail, or Exchanges and Refunds in-store are valid within 14 days from the original order date. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached, accompanied by the invoice.

HOW DO I RETURN A DAMAGED ITEM?
If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please reach out to our Customer Support team at: support@dorvalsup.com and include a photo of the item. We will do our best to replace the item if still in stock.

All refunds are subject to approval and must meet the requirements outlined in our return policy. We reserve the right to deny a refund if it does not meet the conditions of our return policy.

Due to the Covid -19, please allow 20 or less  business days for delivery . Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact info. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.
